Victim hospitalized after altercation on southeast side of San Antonio

In the early hours of Sunday morning, a dispute between a man and a woman at the Union Park Apartments on the southeast side of San Antonio turned violent, according to Dallas Press News.

According to police, the altercation culminated in the man being hospitalized after the woman stabbed him with a knife.

The authorities were promptly alerted to the incident at approximately 3:21 am when they received reports of a cut in progress. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the victim with a stab wound on his arm. During the confrontation, the woman, reportedly feeling scared, drew a knife, which she then used to inflict harm.

The victim is currently in stable condition and is receiving medical attention at the Brooke Army Medical Center. However, the man’s recollection of the events differs from that of the woman, which the police intend to further investigate. Although the relationship between the two parties remains unclear, it has been reported that both have provided varying accounts of their connection.

Detectives are expected to question the woman involved, and she may potentially face serious charges. Officials have not released any additional information regarding the incident, nor have they indicated if there were any other injuries.
