Virginia man accused of involvement in Capitol riots pleads guilty
Virginia – A man of Virginia pleaded guilty of participating in the Capitol riots at the beginning of this year and will be sentenced in December.
The Virginia man, Jacob Hiles pled guilty to a misdemeanor count of parading, protesting, or picketing in a Capitol building in federal court in Washington on Thursday.
Hiles for the charges can be sentenced to maximum six month in jail and a fine. He has been a charter boat captain in Virginia Beach for a long time. Hiles was arrested approximately two weeks after the riots.
The defence at the trial said Hiles wanted to accept the responsibility and put all this behind him.
