ROANOKE, Va. — Roanoke Fire-EMS crews were able to rescue people who were trapped in their vehicle after a crash Saturday night on Melrose Avenue NW.
According to Roanoke Fire-EMS, two patients were ultimately taken to the hospital, one of whom was said to have serious injuries.
Last night, units responded to a Motor Vehicle Crash w/ entrapment on Melrose Ave NW. Crews worked to extricate the patients safely from the overturned vehicle. Two patients were transported to the hospital, one with serious injuries and the other non-life threatening. pic.twitter.com/vfTIQo3E8R
There is no update on the condition of either individual or what may have caused the crash.
