HAMPTON, Va. — A person was shot and killed in Hampton Sunday afternoon.
According to a Hampton dispatcher, this shooting was reported at around 3:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Seldendale Drive, near Langley Square.
The victim, an adult male, subsequently died on the scene, according to the dispatcher.
Later Sunday evening, Hampton Police identified the victim as 28-year-old Kavohn Davis of Hampton.
Police have not released any motive or circumstances behind the shooting, nor did they share any possible suspect information.
