Launch of iPhone 14 and 14 Pro caused problems on the Apple Store.
Amidst the debut of the new iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro, the Apple Store has encountered difficulties.
The new phones were unveiled on Wednesday and are now available for pre-order.
Apple urged people to pre-order these products through its website and app. But once pre-orders began on Friday, consumers encountered a slew of technical issues.
Customers stated that they were unable to load sites or add additional phones to their shopping carts. Others encountered error pages.
Those who were affected were told to either refresh their sites or close the app and try again.
The shipping dates for the new phones have already started to shift into October and beyond, meaning that customers impacted may have lost the opportunity to get the new phone on its debut day.
Following a large live-streamed presentation on Wednesday evening, the new iPhones were introduced, along with new Apple Watches and AirPods.
The new Apple Watches are now available for pre-order and will be released on September 16 along with the iPhones.
