Users of Google Chrome have the opportunity to participate in a hidden dinosaur game. Dinosaur Game, also known as Chrome Dino, does not require the use of wireless internet because it did not exist millions of years ago when dinosaurs roamed the earth.
Users of Google Chrome who have lost their internet connection will see an emblem in the shape of a T-Rex above the statement that reads “No internet.”
To begin playing, all the player has to do is press the space bar, which will cause the dinosaur to sprint and jump over the cacti that are in its path.
Simply tapping the screen with your thumb will do if you’re playing on a mobile device.
Players get points by jumping over cactuses, but if they fail to clear a leap, they are met with the terrible message “Game over.”

According to an interview with the game’s designer, Sebastian Gabriel, that took place in 2018, the theme was inspired by the fact that losing access to the internet is like going back to prehistoric times. The game was published by Google in 2014, and Game Rant reported that the interview took place in 2018.
In honor of Marc Bolan, lead vocalist of the band T-Rex, the game’s creators decided to give it the code name “Project Bolan” while it was still in the concept stage of production.
