Franklin County Sheriff’s Office issued critical alert for missing woman

ROCKY MOUNT, Va. – After Veronica Neil Jones, 55, went missing, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office issued a critical alert.

Jones has Alzheimer’s, is five feet and nine inches tall, and weighs 200 pounds.

Jones was last seen in the 3000 block of Colonial Turnpike in Rocky Mount at around 4:30 p.m. wearing pants, a blue coat, and a yellow backpack.
