Compress & Shock Foundation to educate Hispanic population about CPR techniques

Roanoke, Virginia – This weekend, a training will be held to educate more members of Roanoke’s Hispanic population how to do CPR.
At Casa Latina, 3110 Pioneer Road, the sessions will be entirely in Spanish.
The course is being held by the Compress & Shock Foundation so that people would know what to do in an emergency.
These skills, according to organizers, can save lives.
The sessions will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16, and again from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 17.
You can sign up here for the workshop.
