Authorities looking for suspects who wounded one person in a Lynchburg apartment shooting
LYNCHBURG, Va. – The shooters who injured a man on Thursday night are still at large, and the Lynchburg Police Department is looking for them.
Around 9:30 p.m., police were sent to the Maple Ridge Apartments located on Reusens Road in response to reports of gunfire in the area. Witnesses informed the police that three individuals wearing masks had opened fire, resulting in the death of one person. The shooters fled the scene in a dark-colored vehicle, and the victim made his way to a hospital, where the police say he is expected to make a full recovery.
There is currently no information available to describe the individuals responsible for the shooting.
