ROCKY MOUNT, Va. – According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, a wanted individual has been taken into custody in Franklin County. However, neither the person’s identity nor the charges against them have been made public at this time.
In the course of the inquiry, members of the Virginia State Police and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office were seen congregating in the Rocky Mount neighborhood along Pleasant Hill Road on Monday morning.
According to the statements made by the sheriff’s office, there are no investigations that have caused any closures in the region.
