CARROLL Co., Va. – A member of the public discovered what may be human remains this week in the Iron Ridge region, and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and the State Medical Examiner’s Office are collaborating to investigate the discovery using available evidence.
In addition, the Criminal Investigations Division was called to the location, and after their arrival, the area was examined, and evidence was gathered the next day, on Tuesday.
