The Weeknd forced to abruptly cancel Los Angeles concert

The Weeknd abruptly left the stage in the middle of his concert in Los Angeles on Saturday night and canceled the rest of the show. The singer was in the middle of his set at SoFi Stadium when he had to stop and explain to the audience that he had lost his voice.

A video that was captured during the performance captures the moment when the singer, whose given name is Able Tesfaye, informed his audience of the news. “I don’t know what just occurred when I yelled, but I just lost my voice,” he added. “I don’t know what just happened when I screamed.” “This is hurting me, I don’t want to stop the performance but I can’t give you the concert I want to give you right now,” the performer said. “I can’t give you the concert I want to offer you right now.”

The audience’s response indicated that they were plainly dissatisfied, and The Weeknd assured them that they would get a refund for their tickets and that he would do another performance “soon.”

“But I wanted to come out and personally apologize, not tweet it or Instagram or whatever. I wanted you guys to know that I can’t give you what I want to give you,” he continued. “I apologize, I’m so sorry, I love you guys so much.”

The singer afterwards posted a message about the performance on his Twitter account, describing how his “heart plummeted” when he lost his voice during the performance. According to the message, “My sincerest apologies to my supporters in this region.” I guarantee that I will try to make it up to you by setting up a new date.
