ROANOKE, Va. – The Roanoke Police Department is conducting an investigation into a murder.
According to the statements made by investigators, the event took place on Saturday morning at 5:30 when a man who had been shot drove himself to Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Officers were sent to the hospital where the victim was receiving treatment, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The police have not made any arrests yet.
Roanoke Police are asking anybody who may have any information about this incident to get in touch with them.
