Pulaski County, Virginia – A man is accused of destroying a roadside memorial for a fallen Pulaski County officer.
John Davidson destroyed the roadside memorial for Sergeant Perry Hodge on Route 11 north of Dublin in February.
Davidson was found guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor for destroying property worth less than $1,000 and was given a 12-month suspended prison sentence that’s contingent on him successfully completing supervised probation and paying a $500 fine.
Davidson was put on probation for 12 months and received six months driver’s licence suspension for reckless driving.
