VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Virginia Beach Police Department said that they located a woman in her 60s who had not been seen or heard from since August 3 by her family members.
Authorities provided a description of Donna Andrea Estes, saying she has brown hair and gray eyes, is five feet tall, and weighs 223 pounds.
According to the police department, Estes’ family members had been worried about her well-being since they had been unable to reach her by phone. They were afraid for her safety.
Harper’s Square, which is located quite near to NAS Oceana, was her final known address.
