227 new Covid-19 cases, additional 13 deaths reported in Virginia

Virginia – Health officials reported 227 new Covid-19 cases and additional 13 new deaths in the state.
With the above mentioned cases, the Commonwealth’s total Covid-19 cases now are 675,392 and 11,173 virus related deaths.
The following counties have reported more than 102,000 coronavirus cases since the beginning of the pandemic:

  • Alleghany County: 1,363 cases, 60 hospitalizations, and 49 deaths
  • Amherst County: 2,955 cases, 124 hospitalizations, and 37 deaths
  • Appomattox County: 1,615 cases, 71 hospitalizations, and 25 deaths
  • Bath County: 273 cases, 10 hospitalizations, and 10 deaths
  • Bedford County: 6,571 cases (-1)239 hospitalizations, and 105 deaths
  • Bland County: 680 cases, 27 hospitalizations, and 10 deaths
  • Botetourt County: 2,551 cases, 65 hospitalizations, and 38 deaths
  • Buena Vista: 915 cases, 23 hospitalizations, and 22 deaths
  • Campbell County: 4,555 cases, 179 hospitalizations, and 89 deaths
  • Carroll County: 2,685 cases, 218 hospitalizations, and 75 deaths
  • Charlotte County: 873 cases, 56 hospitalizations, and 21 deaths
  • Covington: 606 cases, 29 hospitalizations, and 14 deaths
  • Craig County: 322 cases, 18 hospitalizations, and 6 deaths
  • Danville: 4,465 cases, 297 hospitalizations, and 140 deaths
  • Floyd County: 875 cases, 31 hospitalizations, and 23 deaths
  • Franklin County: 4,082 cases, 192 hospitalizations, and 78 deaths
  • Galax: 1,174 cases, 97 hospitalizations, and 53 deaths
  • Giles County: 1,297 cases, 51 hospitalizations, and 22 deaths
  • Grayson County: 1,490 cases, 96 hospitalizations, and 35 deaths
  • Halifax County: 2,825 cases, 79 hospitalizations, and 78 deaths
  • Henry County: 4,649 cases, 367 hospitalizations, and 124 deaths
  • Highland County: 109 cases, 1 hospitalization, and 1 death
  • Lexington: 1,204 cases (-1), 26 hospitalizations, and 32 deaths
  • Lynchburg: 7,834 cases (-2), 340 hospitalizations, and 153 deaths
  • Martinsville: 1,618 cases, 164 hospitalizations, and 77 deaths
  • Montgomery County: 9,411 cases, 191 hospitalizations, and 97 deaths
  • Nelson County: 895 cases, 41 hospitalizations, and 13 deaths
  • Patrick County: 1,377 cases, 108 hospitalizations, and 43 deaths
  • Pittsylvania County: 5,575 cases (-1), 252 hospitalizations, and 83 deaths
  • Pulaski County: 2,676 cases, 127 hospitalizations, and 61 deaths
  • Radford: 2,168 cases, 40 hospitalizations, and 18 deaths
  • Roanoke City: 8,504 cases, 253 hospitalizations (-1), and 193 deaths
  • Roanoke County: 8,300 cases, 179 hospitalizations, and 145 deaths
  • Rockbridge County: 1,550 cases, 53 hospitalizations, and 46 deaths
  • Salem: 2,190 cases, 72 hospitalizations, and 50 deaths
  • Wythe County: 2,678 cases, 158 hospitalizations, and 81 deaths
