Virginia reports 357 new Covid-19 cases, 9 additional deaths Thursday

Virginia – Officials from the Virginia Department of Health reported 357 new cases and 9 additional Covid-19 related deaths on Thursday.
With the above mentioned cases, the Commonwealth’s total Covid-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic is 674,439 and 11,152 Covid-19 related deaths.
About 102,000 cases have been reported from the following counties:

  • Alleghany County: 1,360 cases, 60 hospitalizations, and 49 deaths
  • Amherst County: 2,951 cases, 124 hospitalizations, and 37 deaths
  • Appomattox County: 1,613 cases70 hospitalizations, and 25 deaths
  • Bath County: 273 cases, 10 hospitalizations, and 10 deaths
  • Bedford County: 6,511 cases237 hospitalizations, and 103 deaths
  • Bland County: 680 cases, 27 hospitalizations, and 10 deaths
  • Botetourt County: 2,552 cases, 65 hospitalizations, and 38 deaths
  • Buena Vista: 914 cases, 23 hospitalizations, and 22 deaths
  • Campbell County: 4,535 cases179 hospitalizations, and 89 deaths
  • Carroll County: 2,682 cases, 216 hospitalizations, and 75 deaths (-1)
  • Charlotte County: 873 cases, 56 hospitalizations, and 21 deaths
  • Covington: 605 cases, 29 hospitalizations, and 13 deaths
  • Craig County: 319 cases, 18 hospitalizations, and 6 deaths
  • Danville: 4,453 cases, 294 hospitalizations, and 138 deaths
  • Floyd County: 874 cases, 31 hospitalizations, and 23 deaths
  • Franklin County: 4,075 cases, 189 hospitalizations, and 79 deaths
  • Galax: 1,171 cases, 97 hospitalizations, and 53 deaths
  • Giles County: 1,292 cases, 51 hospitalizations, and 22 deaths
  • Grayson County: 1,488 cases (-1), 95 hospitalizations, and 35 deaths
  • Halifax County: 2,822 cases, 79 hospitalizations, and 78 deaths
  • Henry County: 4,643 cases, 367 hospitalizations, and 124 deaths
  • Highland County: 109 cases, 1 hospitalization, and 1 death
  • Lexington: 1,207 cases, 26 hospitalizations, and 32 deaths
  • Lynchburg: 7,865 cases (-16), 340 hospitalizations, and 154 deaths
  • Martinsville: 1,616 cases, 163 hospitalizations, and 77 deaths
  • Montgomery County: 9,400 cases, 190 hospitalizations, and 97 deaths
  • Nelson County: 897 cases (-1), 41 hospitalizations, and 13 deaths
  • Patrick County: 1,372 cases, 108 hospitalizations, and 43 deaths
  • Pittsylvania County: 5,567 cases, 252 hospitalizations, and 83 deaths
  • Pulaski County: 2,667 cases, 127 hospitalizations, and 61 deaths
  • Radford: 2,164 cases, 40 hospitalizations, and 18 deaths
  • Roanoke City: 8,503 cases, 253 hospitalizations, and 193 deaths
  • Roanoke County: 8,292 cases, 178 hospitalizations, and 145 deaths
  • Rockbridge County: 1,556 cases, 53 hospitalizations, and 46 deaths
  • Salem: 2,183 cases, 72 hospitalizations, and 50 deaths
